Presentation: High School Debate Day

In class we have been practising debating. I gave the students a topic and assigned them to a side that had to take. They then needed to think of arguments for that topic or against that topic. A difficult part of debating is trying to fight against the other team’s arguments. We are still practising this idea but I am proud of my students being able to think up arguments on the spot.
